Daily Dividend Report: Microsoft, Danaher, Jonhson Controls, Keurig Dr Pepper, US Bancorp

Microsoft on Tuesday announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.56 per share, reflecting a five cent or 10% increase over the previous quarter’s dividend. The dividend is payable Dec. 10, 2020, to shareholders of record on Nov. 19, 2020. The ex-dividend date will be Nov. 18, 2020.

Danaher announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of its common stock, payable on October 30, 2020 to holders of record on September 28, 2020.

The board of directors of Johnson Controls International, has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per common share payable on Oct. 16, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 28, 2020. Johnson Controls has paid a consecutive dividend since 1887.

Keurig Dr Pepper announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share, payable in U.S. dollars, on the Company’s common stock. The regular quarterly dividend will be paid on October 16, 2020 to shareholders of record on October 2, 2020.

The Board of Directors of U.S. Bancorp has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.42 per common share, payable October 15, 2020, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2020. At this quarterly dividend rate, the annual dividend is equivalent to $1.68 per common share.
